Plain language, because this is a small business run by one person. These terms cover orders placed through this site and custom work agreed by email.

SEO, marketing and custom software projects outside those offers are quoted after I understand the brief. Do not use a fixed tier to pay for a different service unless we have agreed that first.
The description you send with your order is the starting brief, not an unlimited specification. I may ask questions before accepting the direction. For a Fully Functional Website, the features, users and integrations must be agreed before I begin. New requirements that expand the scope may need a separate price, which I will agree with you first.
Logo, landing page and static website packages include design and build files. I do not buy or hold your domain, provide hosting, or put the site online unless we explicitly agree otherwise. Your side handles those accounts and costs.
Hosting, domains, paid fonts, stock assets, subscriptions and other third-party services are not included in the offer price. Fully functional builds may need such services; I will identify them during scoping.
I am one person working through a real queue. There is no instant delivery promise. A date is only committed when I confirm it to you directly. If your project has a launch or other deadline, tell me before paying so I can be honest about whether it is possible.
You will have a chance to review the work. Each fixed offer includes one reasonable round of changes within the agreed direction, unless we agree something else in writing. A new direction after approval, or repeated extra rounds, is new scope.
Once the agreed work is delivered and paid for, your custom deliverables are yours. You may use and modify them commercially. Third-party libraries, fonts and assets keep their own licences. I may show delivered work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
Projects labelled as concepts on this site are self-initiated demonstrations. They are not presented as client commissions, and their sample data is not real customer data.
I keep final say over what appears on my Instagram account. I will not publish something I consider misleading, harmful or unsuitable for my audience. If I decline your shoutout, that order is refunded.
Follower count is not a promise of views, engagement, followers or sales. SEO work improves structure and discoverability but does not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue.
If an order falls outside what I can accept, I will refund it and explain the decision.
Payments are processed by PayPal. The checkout uses PayPal's donation payment category as requested for this store, but a payment attached to a service is consideration for that service, not a charitable or tax-deductible donation. PayPal's own terms and buyer protection also apply.
If I cannot deliver the agreed work, you receive a refund for the undelivered part. If you change your mind before I start, contact me and I will refund the order. Once work has started, I will be fair about the work already done and any remaining amount.
A custom-support payment by itself does not order work. If we already agreed a price and scope elsewhere, that separate agreement controls the work. Pure support is a gift; if you sent it by mistake, contact me promptly.
I will do careful work and stand behind it. I am not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party platform decisions or outages outside my control. To the extent permitted by law, my liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
