This site is run by Andrei Ungureanu, operating as Ierdna Media. It is a one person operation. There is no analytics team and nobody else reading your data.
This policy covers the service store and portfolio at drop.ierdnamedia.com, plus Drop HQ, the private order and Instagram tool used to manage messages, comments, orders and shoutouts.
When you order a service or send support, the following is stored:
Your order brief, payment amount, PayPal name and email address are not published. They are available only through the private, key-protected admin dashboard. Public site statistics do not include the total raised or individual payment amounts.
If you ask for a public shoutout, the handle, message and public profile photo used on that story are necessarily public. I may also show completed client work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to. Concept projects on the site use fictional sample data, not client records. Portfolio demo photographs come from Unsplash, are optimized and served by this site, and do not send your browser back to Unsplash.
If you asked for a shoutout, I may use a photo from your public Instagram profile on the story card. Those images are stored as files on my server so the card looks the same each time it is rendered.
If you would rather I did not use your photo, contact me and I will remove it.
Drop HQ connects to my own Instagram account through Meta's official API. It helps me match messages and comments to orders and deliver shoutouts.
It can read:
It uses that to match a message or comment against order records, so that when someone writes to me I can see what they ordered and reply properly.
What it does not do:
Only the services needed to operate the site and deliver orders:
Your data is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never handed to anyone for marketing. There are no tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on this site. The portfolio demos do not send their sample data to a server.
Order records are kept while work is active and afterwards as a record of the transaction and for tax purposes. Instagram messages and comments are read live from Instagram rather than copied into a separate permanent archive.
Since I am in the EU, GDPR applies. You can ask me to:
I will do any of these on request. The only thing I may need to keep is the bare payment record where tax law requires it. If you ask for deletion I will tell you plainly what was removed and what had to stay.
Email management@ierdnamedia.com or send a direct message to @omulcutourette. Say which email, handle or order reference you used so I can find the right record.
I will confirm what was deleted and anything I am required to retain.
Questions about your data or this policy: email management@ierdnamedia.com or DM @omulcutourette.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because I do not keep one.
